LGT Vestra needed to redesign their wealth management portal for their clients to ease the burden on on their investment managers.
With a majority of clients around 55+, all of which use desktop to view their accounts we needed to make this incredibly simple for an audience where the majority of them are not tech savvy. As well as presenting their information in a simple way so when they look at it (on average once ever 4-6 months) easy to digest and find the detail should it be needed.
With an average account size of £3m this needed to look luxury and secure. LGT Vestra are owned by the Liechtenstein royal family who are incredibly security conscious and have a very tight set of brand guidelines to show this.
